Well that really depends on your definition of spider-man. If you mean comics that star spider-man as the main character, 3. There's Amazing Spider-man(Main continuity), Avenging Spider-man (Focusing on his career as an avenger), and Ultimate Spider-man where Peter Parker recently died and Miles Morales is the current spidey.

However,spidey is also an Avenger, so those have a hand in his world as well making 4. But Spidey is a "New Avenger" so he appears mostly in the New Avenger comics bringing it to 5. HOWEVER Spidey is also a member of the Future Foundation, making it 6.

Though it doesn't feature Spidey prominently, Venom is a major player in Spidey's world and will probably be part of all major events for the foreseeable future, so 7. And Parker's clone Kaine recently became good and will be the new Scarlet Spider, but whether he'll just feature prominently in Amazing or have his own series has yet to be seen. So potentially there are 8 spider-man comics.

Also Carnage is getting a comic called Carnage USA but it's a mini-series so I don't think it counts.

Basically anything that can go wrong for spidey typically will. BUT they're all great stories worth reading, although Ultimate is taking it's sweet ol' time.

Recently, Amazing had a cross over event called Spider island that involved an old spidey villain named Jackal who showed up during the clone saga, one of the worst story arcs in Spidey's history. Basically Jackal cloned spider-man and made a few clones, the main ones being Ben Reiley (The Scarlet spider) and kaine.

However Spider island is not shitty. It's not stupid and angsty like the clone saga or trying to shatter the marvel world, it's a fun summer event where people get spider man's powers and then some. You should check it out.
